Young Moon returns with a tour that celebrates the irreplaceable beauty of human connection.

Following the release of their double E.P Paraverbal Orchids / Young Moon Is a Broken Bone, Young Moon are set to embark on a seven-date “Orbiting Islands” tour across the South Island of Aotearoa/New Zealand this August and September.

With projects like the AI-generated band Velvet Sundown raising questions about the future of artistry and emotional truth in music, Young Moon’s “Orbiting Islands” Tour stands as a heartfelt antidote. Young Moon is excited to bring real, human connection back to the forefront—sharing the raw, unfiltered emotions that only live music can evoke. These performances are a celebration of presence, vulnerability, and the irreplaceable magic of being together in a room, under the same sky, with sound that’s born from lived experience—not algorithms.
